Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with hors d’oeuvres and delicate first courses. Also excellent with sushi, fish and shellfish.

Made in the traditional method where secondary fermentation takes place inside the bottle this family owned estates produces an elegant and sophisticated Pale yellow wine. Thanks to its ageing, it has developed a fine aroma with fruit notes and a hint of pastry. Its well balanced structure, elegance and sensorial richness give it its unmistakable personality. Great alternative to champagne with elegance poise, structure and length. Great on its own but superb with shellfish, or canapés.

Pale yellow with fine consistent bubbles. A combination of toast, white fruits and fresh grass aromas with a palate of citrus fruits, a good acidity level and a pleasant texture. Great easy drinking fizz from a top-notch producer. Light enough to sustain a drinks party but weighty enough to match with sushi and canapés.
