TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We will notify you by email when your order is submitted to us. We will debit your account with the appropriate amount in full on accepting your order. We will be deemed not to have accepted your order until we have debited your account. Even if we accept your order, there will not be any agreement between us if you are under the age of 18 years at the time you submit your order. The sale of the products will occur at the place and the time that particular products are allocated to your order. 

We cannot guarantee stock availability in all cases and all products are offered subject to availability. 

We will not sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 and our carriers will ask for proof of age where they believe that the person receipting the delivery is under the age of 25. In the event that the person cannot provide proof of age we will be unable to leave the goods and reserve the right to charge for redelivery. 

By making an offer to purchase a Product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure and within GDPR guidelines. In the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procedures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website. You should be aware that if we are requested by the police or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to provide your personal information and/or user information we may be obliged to do so. 

We offer a secure payment service for card transactions through SHOPIFY.

While we take every care to ensure that all pricing is accurate on our website, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be miss priced. If we discover a pricing error we will at our discretion contact you to ask if you wish to process with your order or we will inform you that your order has been cancelled. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. 

We reserve the right to change prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods at our discretion at any time before (but not after ) we accept your order. Where we have an end date on an offer we have this as a guide and may choose to end this early or extend. We reserve the right to change prices at any time within the legal framework of our licensing obligations. 

Promotional offers and prices are offered as stated with no further discounts, we do not offer discounting based on volume of sale

By placing an order on our website you are certifying that you are of legal age to do so. WE Payment will be taken from your chosen payment method once the order is placed, we will contact you by email with conformation of your order and that is to be fulfilled. 

All Prices are inclusive of UK VALUE ADDED TAX at 20%.

At all times products remain the property of WineTime Limited until payment is received in full. 

 

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

DELIVERY TO NORTHERN IRELAND OR NON MAINLAND UK IS NOT AVAILABLE.

We will not despatch the products until we have received cleared funds. Delivery is not available on public holidays. We may deliver the products at any time during the day.

We may use an independent carrier. If there is no one to accept the delivery of your order a card will be left by the carrier so you can arrange a delivery time, directly with the carrier. Ultimately, if the carrier is unable to deliver your order it will be returned to us and WineTime reserves the right to charge for it to be redespatched.

We will not have any responsibility or liability for the non-delivery of any products unless either a) all of the products charged for are not delivered, or b) you give us full details of the shortages within 7 working days of the part delivery.

WineTime does not accept any responsibility for late or non-delivery of goods arising from incorrect delivery information being provided.

 

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

You must tell us about any problems by email at tom@wine-time.co.uk, or by calling 07817484212. 

We will provide a full refund or replace any faulty wines that you receive and this will not affect your statutory rights. We may ask for the faulty products to be returned and will arrange for collection of them. 

PRIVACY POLICY

If any of the information that you have provided  changes, for example if you change your e-mail address, name or payment details or if you wish to cancel your registration, please let us know the correct details by sending an e-mail to tom@wine-time.co.uk

 

We do not disclose customer information to third parties. Cookies are used on this site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
