Southern France, is home to some of the most exciting, characterful wines in the world at present. Mont Rocher is a collection of wines produced from indigenous varieties, produced in a style that lets them clearly express their varietal typicity and sense of place. Fruit is sourced from vineyards in the Roussillon located near the southern edge of the St Chinian. This is a dry pale pink rosé, similar in style to a Provence rosé. Soft red berry fruits, strawberry and raspberry flavours are supported by deliciously fresh acidity.
Try with: Tapenade or a salade Niçoise, a paella or grilled chicken, fish or lamb with herbs.
